Dikkenuc est une initiative citoyenne qui part d'un constat simple : l'énergie est un enjeu stratégique pour notre économie, notre industrie et notre souveraineté. Nous pensons que les citoyens devraient pouvoir participer davantage aux choix énergétiques et, à terme, aux projets eux-mêmes. L'objectif est de rassembler une communauté de citoyens intéressés par cette idée et d'explorer des modèles permettant une participation citoyenne dans l'avenir du nucléaire et de l'énergie. Dikkenuc is een burgerinitiatief dat vertrekt vanuit een eenvoudige vaststelling: energie is een strategische uitdaging voor onze economie, industrie en soevereiniteit. Wij denken dat burgers meer moeten kunnen deelnemen aan energiekeuzes en op termijn aan de projecten zelf. Het doel is om een gemeenschap van burgers samen te brengen die geïnteresseerd zijn in dit idee en om modellen te verkennen die burgerparticipatie mogelijk maken in de toekomst van kernenergie en energie. Dikkenuc is a citizen initiative based on a simple observation: energy is a strategic issue for our economy, our industry and our sovereignty. We believe citizens should be able to participate more in energy choices and, eventually, in the projects themselves. Parce que le nucléaire fait aujourd'hui partie des rares technologies capables de produire de grandes quantités d'électricité décarbonée de manière stable. Dans un contexte de transition énergétique et de souveraineté industrielle, il nous semble important que ce débat soit mené de manière ouverte, rationnelle et constructive. Dans beaucoup de projets énergétiques (éolien, solaire, réseaux locaux), des modèles de participation citoyenne existent déjà. Ils permettent d'impliquer les citoyens, de renforcer la confiance et de stabiliser les projets sur le long terme. Nous pensons qu'il est intéressant d'explorer si des modèles similaires pourraient exister autour du nucléaire et des grands projets énergétiques. In veel energieprojecten (wind, zon, lokale netwerken) bestaan er al modellen voor burgerparticipatie. Ze maken het mogelijk om burgers te betrekken, het vertrouwen te versterken en projecten op lange termijn te stabiliseren. Wij denken dat het interessant is om te onderzoeken of vergelijkbare modellen kunnen bestaan rond kernenergie en grote energieprojecten. Aujourd'hui, Dikkenuc est encore une initiative en construction. La première étape consiste simplement à soutenir financièrement la structuration du projet. Il ne s'agit pas encore d'un investissement dans des actifs énergétiques. Si le projet se développe et se structure sérieusement, une deuxième phase pourrait explorer des modèles d'investissement citoyen plus formels. Vandaag is Dikkenuc nog een initiatief in opbouw. De eerste stap bestaat eenvoudigweg uit het financieel steunen van de structurering van het project. Het gaat nog niet om een investering in energieactiva. Als het project zich serieus ontwikkelt en structureert, zou een tweede fase meer formele modellen voor burgerinvesteringen kunnen verkennen. Today, Dikkenuc is still an initiative under construction. The first step is simply to financially support the structuring of the project. This is not yet an investment in energy assets. If the project develops and structures itself seriously, a second phase could explore more formal citizen investment models.

Les contributions financières servent à structurer l'initiative : développement du site et des outils numériques, communication et information, structuration juridique du projet, recours à des services professionnels si nécessaire. Nous nous engageons à utiliser ces fonds de manière transparente et dans l'intérêt général du projet. De financiële bijdragen dienen om het initiatief te structureren: ontwikkeling van de website en digitale tools, communicatie en informatie, juridische structurering van het project, en indien nodig het inschakelen van professionele diensten. Wij verbinden ons ertoe deze middelen op een transparante manier en in het algemeen belang van het project te gebruiken. Financial contributions are used to structure the initiative: website and digital tools development, communication and information, legal structuring of the project, and professional services if necessary. We commit to using these funds transparently and in the general interest of the project.

Aujourd'hui, non. La contribution financière actuelle est un soutien à l'initiative, pas un investissement financier. Si, dans une phase ultérieure, un modèle d'investissement citoyen est structuré, celui-ci sera présenté de manière claire avec son cadre juridique et son profil de risque. Vandaag niet. Dikkenuc est aujourd'hui porté par un groupe de citoyens et de bénévoles intéressés par l'avenir énergétique. Au fur et à mesure que le projet se développe, une structure plus formelle pourra être mise en place pour encadrer l'initiative. Dikkenuc wordt vandaag gedragen door een groep burgers en vrijwilligers die geïnteresseerd zijn in de energietoekomst. Naarmate het project zich ontwikkelt, kan een meer formele structuur worden opgezet om het initiatief te omkaderen. Dikkenuc is currently led by a group of citizens and volunteers interested in the energy future. As the project develops, a more formal structure may be put in place to oversee the initiative.
